Note 1 to entry: The outputs of clinical processes are evaluated in a clinical process outcome evaluation.

Note 2 to entry: Requirements are defined as a combination of needs and expectations that are stated, generally implied or obligatory. The needs can be represented by, for example, target conditions, goals for resource consumption, compliance to guidelines, etc. The expectations can be represented by the perceptions of the outcomes from each of the involved care actor s perspective (i.e. subject of care and care professionals).
