Note 1 to entry: In the perspective of health care and wellbeing the term vulnerable condition is often used to label frail citizens and/or socio-economic and education conditions (e.g. housing, job, disability) that motivate certain social care interventions, generally addressing a target population (e.g. older persons, children, families, homeless, refugees).
