Note 1 to entry: For instances of the FOLDER specialization EHR_EXTRACT, the attribute subject_of_care is mandatory and shall always contain a unique identifier of the subject of care from whose EHR this EHR Extract was created, as defined by the EHR Provider system.

Note 2 to entry: If an EHR Extract includes compositions with care information relating to another person than the subject of care from whose EHR this EHR Extract was created, these compositions shall be placed in one or more separate folders. The attribute subject_of_care of such folders, shall always contain a unique identifier of the person which the care information relates to.
