The diagrams providing views of the model available on this website are derivatives of the NHS England model. The diagrams are created directly from the underpinning conformant model.
The diagram on the home page is a derivative of a diagram developed by Chris Dayman, NHS Digital. That diagram is licenced under the UK Open Government Licence.
The two fonts used are freely available.
- The main font is Raleway, designed by Matt McInerney, Pablo Impallari, and Rodrigo Fuenzalida from The League of Moveable Type. It is available under the Open Font License.
- The title font is Droid Serif , designed by Steve Matteson of Ascender Corporation. It is available under the Apache 2 licence.
